I am Assistant Professor in the
Department of Biostatistics
at the
Harvard School of Public Health
and the
Department of Biostatistics at the
Dana-Farber Cancer Institute,
both in Boston, Massachussets, U.S.A.
My research involves development of statistical methods for
signal and image analysis, with biomedical and environmental applications.
Research interests:
Image and signal analysis; modern multivariate statistics; large scale
multiple testing; functional and manifold-valued data;
applications in neuroimaging and the environment.
People in my team:
- Travis Gerke: database management for satellite image analysis.
Former members:
- Nezamoddin Nezamoddini-Kachouie, postdoctoral fellow: peak detection, nonparametric regression, applications to genetic copy number variation, satellite image analysis (now at Florida Institute of Technology)
- Yulia Gavrilov, postdoctoral fellow: multiple testing, peak detection (now at Tel Aviv University)
- Melissa Naylor, postdoctoral fellow: analysis of multimodality neuroimaging (now at University of Chicago Medical School)
- Mengye Guo, research associate: analysis of image response to therapy in brain cancer (now at University of Washington)
- Roman Torgovitsky, postdoctoral fellow: nonparametric regression (now at Cytel)
