  • Technical Reports

  • 784Z Hazard estimation with covariates: algorithms for direct estimation, local scoring and backfitting (1994) (postscript)
  • 507Z A class of K sample tests for comparing the cumulative incidence of a competing risk (1986) (pdf scanned image)

  • Software

  • cmprsk R package A gzipped tar file containing an R version of the cmprsk library (also available at CRAN). Last updated 28-mar-2004. This is the current version. Only the R version is being actively maintained.
  • cmprsk A gzipped tar file containing files for an Splus library for inference on subdistributions in competing risks. Includes updated versions of the S functions crr() and cuminc(). Designed for Splus 3.4 for unix. (Requires gunzip and tar utilities.)
  • cmprsk A self-extracting archive containing files for a Windows (Splus2000) version of the cmprsk library. Please read the following instructions
  • hazcov() (shar file) S functions for hazard estimation with covariates (Gray, JCGS, 1996)
  • permax R/S functions for permutation analysis of arrays with many attributes
  • coxspline A gzipped tar file containing an R package for flexible estimation and testing in Cox regression models. (Requires gunzip and tar utilities.) A zip archive containing an installed version of the package from R 2.1.1 on a Windows 2000 computer is also available.
